I know there is Canthan , Luxon , Kurzik 15k but whats this all about Imperial and Exoctic armor ??

Exotic armor is the Collector's armor from Tyria the armor crafter can be found South of The Marketplace.
And there is an other armor crafter just outside Vanzunjah Square (or whatever it's called) it might be the Imperial armor.

okay, south-west of the marketplace is the exotic armour crafter (hug the coast and don't go onto the island and you should bump into him)

Next one is a bit trickier to explain... just had north-east (cross the river first chance) from the marketplace again
